You presented a very educational solar program to our 65 4^th graders. The SunChaser gave the children an opportunity to see first hand the benefits of this type of energy. Getting the children actively involved at this grade level can be a challenge. You kept them mesmerized by the concepts that you taught. Using the Plastic dinosaur, the oil bottle, and the chunks of coal was very kid friendly. You used well chosen manipulatives that the children are familiar with to teach such a difficult concept. Seeing these things in use, being able to touch, and play with the solar toys is exactly what these young minds need.
